Our 145-bed non-profit hospital operates the only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center in the region and offers 24-hour, in-house services by pediatric critical care specialists. We’re the only full-service, pediatric health care center in Nebraska providing expertise in more than 50 pediatric specialty services to children across a five-state region and beyond. The Magnet Recognition Program is a recognition program operated by the American Nurses Credentialing Center that allows nurses to recognize nursing excellence in other nurses. It is considered the highest recognition for nursing excellence.
US News & World Report National Rankings
For 30 years, U.S. News & World Report’s rankings and advice have served as a valuable reference when making life’s toughest decisions. To create the pediatric rankings, U.S. News & World Report gathered key clinical data from approximately 180 pediatric centers through a detailed survey. In addition, part of each hospital’s score is derived from surveys of more than 10,000 pediatric specialists who are asked where they would send the sickest children in their specialty.
